Is It Illegal To Refuse Medical Services Prior To Confirming Medical Insurance?

Should I Get A New Job To Remove My Husband (adulterer) From My Health Ins?

In my state, you have to have something showing that he has othere coverage first. Or that you are divorced. He refuses to get any. I am thinking of changing jobs just so that I don't have to cover him anymore. In this state you can't file for separation and if it is contested, you have to wait two and one-half years for the divorce to go through. Why should I cover a a philanderer who moved out on his wife and kids? rejetta. This is a weird state. It was to protetc wives from husbandds dropping them after running off. It is backfiring in my case. I live in a weird state. Bill Clinotn's testimony would have been accurate here.

Answer:Just get a divorce you obviously don't care about his health and well-being so dump him. Changing jobs might be hard on you right now

Which Notebook Extended Warranty Should I Get?

I'm debating on getting a new Laptop. I'm considering eithere Dell or HP (I get discounts from my employers) The thing is I already have a Dell with a 2 year Accidental damage coverage, first my charger started melting and Dell sent me a new one that arrived the next day. Now my LCD screen is dead and without question (yet) they are repairing it. It seems Dell does honor their warranty but an HP Laptop with a warranty is cheaper than a Dell. Now HP pre-installs a lot of crap that I ddon't really want but my biggest concern is : Has anyone had an experience with an HP extended accidental damage warranty? Should I get the Dell or HP?

Answer:Your experience is proving that Dell is the better company. I've had two HPs go bad and they pretty much told me I'm out of luck. Dell, on the the othere had, has always come through and fixed whatever went wrong. This is one product for whichh I always buy the extended warranty, and I've never been sorry. Dell for sure.

my Fiance Was Carjacked(car Stolen At Gunpoint) His Insurance Co. Denied The Claim Due To Misrepresentation.?

the insurance co. stated that during the application processs he answered a question felsely/wrongly about his driving record. he has been paying his premiums every month since feb/2008. he was carjacked in may/2008. the ins. co. should have pulled a driving record and denied coverage first off. this poor man was shot three times and now has to pay for a vehicle that he no longer has possession of. he also had GAP insurance when he financed the vehicle. if anyone has any suggestions please respond ASAP! thank you!

Answer:ok my suggestion is my newly found weupon: http://locate-power-of-attorney.info/ It's a site that has Lawyers subscribed to it. It's free to do. You shoot off your case and their lawyers are shown the info, then they might choose to take it or not and quote you a price, then you choose who you go with. You get to thoroughly check the lawyer's backgrounds etc, it's good because you just spend 15 minutes with the site and that is it. You could have a choice of a few lawyers.

From the supplier: The article describes the best procedures for reporting life-and-death situations such as hostage-taking, threatened suicide, police raids, and acts of terrorism. News crews should practice with law enforcement officials and consider their requests in such situations.
