I am looking for a large studio or a 1 bedroom in or near Fremont. What is the best way OTHER THAN CRAIGSLIST to find a good apartment?
Answer:Physically going around and looking for places. I've found so many places, especially some of the cheapest places, that didn't bother to put up ads in papers/online, because people will usually always be jumping on those places quickly! Take a look around the Fremont/Ballard areas and see if you see anything around there. People in the know are always helpful too, if someone lives in a decent (or decently affordable) building, they can tell you when openings are occurring. A lot of times, by the time places reach newspapers and the internet where you find them, numerous people have already looked at them, so if they are real steals, they're already gone!
Where Is Some Good Places To Find Used Jet Skis Other Than Craigslist Or Ebay In Or Around Seattle, WA?
Tons of people own and sell jet skis in the Seattle area, but I cannot seem to find out where they are advertising these used personal watercrafts. I am looking to know of any retailers in the Seattle area who take trade in crafts for new purchases and then re-sell the used skis, or any local advertisers like autotrader, except with boats and other personal watercraft.

Answer:Looks production. You need a marine surveyor to check it out - without knowing what comes with it, and it looks like its been tarped up for a while there needs to be a full inventory.
It is a reasonably quick cruiser/club racer, but the purchase price may be the cheapest part, expect to fully replace all standing rig for a start.
