Answer:i got the iflex, and i found that it was pretty much a waste of time. doing stretches on the floor helped me TONS more than the iflex. it really doesn't give you a stretch, it just kind of hurts...but not the kind of hurt you get when you're stretching. floor stretches are 100 times better...or try stretching at the barre. if you need good stretches, just google them...there's plenty.
