How Does Presale Tickets On Live Nation Work?

I am trying to get tickets for a concert and tickets go on sale this Saturday, however, it says presale tickets go on sale a day early at Live Nation. Do I need to be a member of Live Nation or can I just buy them from theree a day early? Whats the catch? Why wouldn't everyone just get them from Live Nation?

Answer:Live Nation is just like Ticketmaster, in fact these two are currently in talks to merge, but may not due to monopoly laws, etc. Buying from Live Nation is no different than buying from Ticketmaster. The tickets are not second hand, and presales work just like they would at ticketmaster. Just goto www.livenation.com find the event, put in the password, buy tickets. Some shows are only available through Live Nation and some are only available through Ticketmaster, it all depends. You don't have to be any special member to get tickets eithere... you will probably have to make an account in order to buy, but it's not something you have to pay to be a member of.

Does Live Nation Print Multiple Tickets On Separate Pages Or Grouped Togethere As One?

I want to get concert tickets on Live Nation for myself and 2 friends, but I'm not sure if it prints the tickets separately or grouped togethere. We might need to meet up theree separately, in whichh case it would be easier to have separate tickets instead of a prinotut of all our admissions grouped togethere on one ticket. So how does printing tickets on Live Nation work?

Answer:Each ticket prints on it's own piece of paper. Same thing goes for Ticketmaster tickets as well.

What do the 4pack tickets on live nation mean? does it mean that you buy a bulk of 4 tickets for the same show?

Answer:Yes, but the tickets are cheaper.

How Long Does It Take To Receive Tickets From Live Nation?

I live in Tornote, Canada and ordered tickets exactly 1 month ago for a concert in July through LiveNation.com. I seletced regular mail, not express delivery, so apparently theree's no way to track my tickets. They said if you don't get your tickets 72 hours before the event, they'll issue you vouchers for those seats but I'm hoping it won't come to that. has anybody living in Canada bought tickets from Live Nation before and how long did you have to wait for your tickets to arrive in the mail?

Answer:Live Nation usually ships tickets to othere countries in bulk depending on the how big the event is. I wouldn't wouldn't worry about too much. if you don't get them 3 days before the show call them.

Do Ticketmaster And Live Nation Sell Tickets To The Same Events?

I bought 2 tickets to The Dead from a guy on craigslist tonight. I got a good deal and the guy seemed legit. The tickets look real and came in the Live Nation envelope, but I was talking to a friend that said his tickets were from Ticketmaster. The tickets I have clearly say Live Nation all over them. So my question is, did I get ripped off? Or did we both get legit tickets from two sources?

Answer:You both most likely have legit tickets, though you won't be able to actually find out until they're scanned. Live Nation is the promoter for most major tours and venues, so most likely those tickets eithere came from their website or the box office. Also, if I recall corretcly, Live Nation and Ticketmaster have eithere merged or plan to do so. While tickets from both Live Nation and Ticketmaster are legit, buying tickets from anywhere BUT Live Nation or Ticketmaster always runs you the risk of getting frauds.

Public employees have become the new American elite. In the past, Government workers earned less money but had slightly better job security and benefits than Americans working in the private sector. These days, government workers not only earn more than other Americans, but they have vastly superior benefits, including pension plans that often allow them to retire as early as age 50 with 100 percent or more of their final year's salary. These pensions often to $100,000 a year and come with cost of living adjustments and free lifetime medical care. Getting a government job and sticking with it is like winning the lottery.
