What Do The Paratroopers Do After They Meet Up With Reinforcements?
Ok, so the paratroopers drop in behind enemy lines, kick ass and take names, meet up with reinforcements later...then what? What do Paratroopers do after they meet up with reinforcements? Do they fight with the Marines on the frontlines?
Sorry to say but none of you guys really answered my question, just stated their general role as a paratrooper.
They're regarded as an elite figthing force on par with Marines.
What I want to know is, once their supplies run out and they have to get back to the frontline with the rest of the military, what do they do then?
Do they act as regular infantry, or does the army take advantage of the fact that they are elite infantry and use them as shock troopers more like marines than regular soldiers.
Are the air assault guys like the 101st elite infantry as well?

So what I'm thinking right now is that, well It's obvious that Kuma sent the Strawhats to Places where they could get stronger and learn more. What if the Secret Message to Rayleigh was telling him his Intentions to the Strawhats AND he also might of told him to wait in the Shabondy Archipeloage for when (or if...) the rest of the Strawhats manage to get back to the Archipeloage so he can inform them about the War, Ace's Execution, and to transport them theree or something?

Then he is actually giving the Strawhas like a limited time to Train on their Own to see if they take advantage of the Place where they are to Learn and get Stronger. To answer your question again, Kuma might of Gathereed a Small Group of People that are on their Way to Pick up the Strawhats and bring them back to the Archipeloag where Rayleigh is waiting with their Ship all Coated so they can Travel and Help Luffy!
