What Schools Offer A Forensic Accounting Masters?

I know that Florida Atlantic offers a masters degree in Forensic Accounting, but I would like to know, what other schools offer this or a similar masters program? A list would be great, because so far all I've found are regular Accounting masters programs, with no specific concentration. Thanks!

Answer:I hope this is in someway helpful. I've been unable to find any Forensic Accounting Master's, aside from the one you've mentioned. However, you don't require a Master's in Forensic Accounting if you're interesting in that field. Most forensic accountants that I've spoken with are C.P.A's within large firms. I'm Canadian, so I'm unsure which universities offer that specific program. Some other Master's concentrations you could look into are MBA's in Fraud Examination (I think Argosy offers it); or look into Strayer's different MBA concentrations (if I recall they had quite a few, perhaps even forensic accounting)/ But, I'm guessing you're aware of the universities which offer MBA's in Accounting, and are only looking for Forensic Accounting concentrations. I'd suggest enquiring with the C.P.A Association, or perhaps the American College of Forensic Examiners. Two other recommended certificates would be the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and the Certified Financial Forensic Accountant (CFFA). You could also enquire within both of those organizations.

I am going to graduate college with a Biology/Chemistry Bachelor's degree and would like to get my Masters in Biology to improve my chances of getting into Dental School. Answer:Admission requirements and costs and all that depend on the school you want to go to. No1 can give you an answer unless you specify the school (and then you could do your onw research). A MS usually takes 2 yrs, depends on the advisor you have. I was in a nuc engineering PhD program and my officemate was here for 4 yrs and 1/2 for a MS... so I changed advisors. No one can tell you for sure. Just look into different schools, call their departments and ask all this. It'll show you're interested and you get your questions answered right. Good luck.

How Do I Complete A Masters Of Speech Pathology In Perth WA?

I would like to do a masters of speech pathology (or something in a similar field) but I'm finding it difficult to find a course in Perth. Curtin is not offering the masters in 2007 or 2008 even though it's listed in the online handbook. I've checked with other universities in Australia and it doesn't seem to be offered through 'distance' learning at any of them. Are there any international universities that offer it by distance? (Just for the coursework, I would complete the clinic hours locally). Any other suggestions?

Answer:Have you really looked into Macquarie Universitiy? I see that they offer it by distance for 2008 and that they are reviewing it for 2007. It's a 2 year programmme and not cheap, but they do offer it. Below is the direct link. There are many dynamics to this phenomenon including the creation of nursing shortages in other countries, nurse working here and sending money back to their home land and cultural care clashes that may impact quality of care and staff relationships.This subject may also provide a broader base for publication if that is what you desire to do with your dissertation.
