How To Develop IE Toolbar(toolband) Using C#?

I found some sample projects in MSDN and Codeproject, those are in C++, I'll be happy if anybody help me to develop a custom toolbar for IE.

Answer:Visual C++ and Visual C# are the same thing, excepting a few changes in built-in classes. You should be able to easily mod C++ code to C#.

I got a message from explorer that toolband.dll had caused a problem - now when multiple explorer screens open and I close one the whole of explorer crashes - I get the message to send error results to explorer. I am getting conflicting advice on what to do on searching google etc - should I delete it and if so how - I recently installed a lexmark printer and I can find toolband.dll in 3 locations on my computer: program filescanoneasy-webprint program fileslexmark toolbar windowssystem32 if anyone can help I would need it in simplistic terms on how to correct it - thanks
