Answer:behind every joke is alot of seriousness. avoid caffeine & processed foods, get rid of the TV & eliminate all stimulation 2 hrs before bed, and see your doctor to rule out a medical cause for the insomnia.

Ive been having trouble getting to sleep at night and sleeping in during the day...I've talked to a few of my friends and I have most of the symptoms of anxiety...Is it bad to take Tylenol PM to help me get to sleep and help me sleep in a little bit later in the day? What if I were to take it every once in awhile, such as a day before I had something stressful such as an exam or a swim meet?

Answer:Tylenol and Benadryl are not habit forming. Neither of these drugs are bad for you in moderation. Tylenol can affect your liver but only at high doses around 4,000mg. One Tylenol PM is not going to be bad for you. I take 1 or 2 Benadryl when I can't sleep or I know I need to get rest and am anxious about a test the next day. Taking benadryl is much better than getting a prescription sleep agent that can be habit forming.

My friend just notified me of this startling information. She swallowed 6 ibuprofens along with 2 tylenol pm at once. Does anyone know the exact reactions to this cocktail of drugs? What should i/she expect? How will this affect her body. She is 18 years old and a diabetic. I'm very scared and do not need guessess, wise-a$$ remarks or insults. Answer:it will be very hard on her liver - Tylenol is harmful to the liver - no matter what anyone says. the two together is not good - although i do not not know exactly why. she won't die (i don't think) but it will be hard on her body. call a nurse or er or look it up on line. i know it has always been warned against, although i would doubt it to be lethal if she gets sick she needs to seek help.
