Why Is The Action On Some You Tube Videos Lagging Behind The Audio?

Recently, I've been watching some You Tube videos and the actions seem to take longer during the video than audio does. By the the end of a 10 minute movie, the words finish at least a minute before the actual video does. I'm using a wifi connection, maybe that has something to do with it? Do anyone have any helpful advice?
