Answer:I guess that you can use:
"With Regards"
"Yours Truly"
"Yours Faithfully"
Use the "Kind Regards" if you are familiar with the person or if you are close to them.
Use the "With Regards" if you want to be more formal,if you really don't know the person well.
I believe that "Yours Faithfully" and "Yours Truly" are a bit outdated though,but I guess that you can use them if you feel that the situation or realtionship warrants it and if you feel comfortable using them.

Ive been reading different things about when it is appropriate to use yours faithfully and yours sincerely, i.e it is different for people you know and people you dont. Can anyone give me a definitee answer? Should the 's' in sincerely be a capital letter or not. I did this at school but just want to clarify.

Answer:If the letter is 'Dear sir/madam' then you end it with Yours faithfully. If it is to Mr/Mrs then you end with Yours sincerely (small s).

In the UK, traditional valedictions have been mainly replaced by "Yours sincerely" or "Yours faithfully".
Yours sincerely is used when the recipient is addresssed by name and is known to you to some degree, and Yours faithfully is used when the recipient is not known by name (i.e. the recipient is addresssed by a phrase such as "Dear Sir/Madam").
